As tomorrow I am preparing a picnic for my birthday I thought I would make a light savoury cake as it is simple to take away and almost everyone enjoys them. As birthday weekend meant a lot of eating and drinking I thought I would go for a light version of it. I decided to follow the recipe found on La Cuisine de Morgane.
The key idea is that you have a simple light recipe for the base of your cake then you add any ingredient you wish.
To make the base of your cake your need:
– 1 pot of fromage blanc 0%
– 3 pots of regular flour
– 1,5 pots of skimmed milk
– 3 eggs
– 1 bag of baking powder
– grated cheese (I used comté)
You mix all the ingredients together then you add your own ingredients (I used ham and mushrooms).
Bake in a pre-heated oven for 30 min at 180°C.
